WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

The "Unlock Your Blocks: Mental Wellness" workshop is designed to help you achieve mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. By focusing on the first 3 stages of work taken from the Re-Program Therapy (R.P.T.) modality developed by Simon Law Therapy, this workshop provides a comprehensive approach to understanding and transforming your mental and emotional health. Participants will learn why they think, feel, act, react, and behave in the ways they do, breaking bad habits along the way while at the same time acquiring new skills and techniques to change undesirable behaviours for ever. 

This is a powerful workshop full of information, tools, skills, exercises and techniques that really do, if used correctly, have the potential to change your life for the better! forever!

Basic Information

  • x1 Full Day Session: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Saturday or Sunday)
  • x2 Evening Sessions: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Monday or Tuesday via Zoom)

Full Day Session (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM):

 

Workshop Day 1 Commences @ 9:30 AM Saturday or Sunday


Stage 1: Understanding Your Subconscious Programming

  • Introduction to R.P.T.:
    • Overview of the Re-Program Therapy (R.P.T.) and its stages.
    • Understanding how subconscious programming influences your thoughts, feelings, actions, reactions, and behaviors.
  • Identifying Mental Blocks:
    • Recognizing common mental and emotional blocks rooted in subconscious programming.
    • Personal assessment to identify your unique challenges.
  • Techniques for Awareness:
    • Exercises to increase self-awareness.
    • Selected techniques for stress reduction and mental clarity.

Lunch Break (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)


Stage 2: Reprogramming Negative Patterns

  • Re-Program Therapy Techniques:
    • Cognitive restructuring to challenge and change negative thought patterns.
    • Introduction to self-hypnosis for mental reprogramming.
    • Practical exercises to start reprogramming your mind.
  • Building Emotional Resilience:
    • Strategies to enhance emotional resilience and manage negative emotions.
    • Techniques for emotional regulation and balance.

Stage 3: Specialized Mental Wellness Strategies

  • Creating a Personalized Mental Wellness Plan:
    • Developing a daily routine for sustained mental wellness.
    • Setting achievable goals and tracking progress.
  • Learning Skills for Change:
    • Understanding why you think, feel, act, react, and behave the way you do.
    • Acquiring skills to change undesirable behaviors and increase desirable ones.
  • Breaking Bad Habits:
    • Tools and techniques to break bad habits.
    • Creating new, healthy habits naturally.
  • Implementing Change:
    • Actionable steps to transform the aspects of your life you are dissatisfied with.
    • Support systems and resources to maintain your progress.
