This is the workshop version of the popular Procrastination 1-1 private sessions. With 4 hours of time this mini workshop goes into detail for all things procrastination and gives you tools and skills to release yourself from this restrictive life pattern. Learn for yourself or learn to help others either way you will leave with a full bag of knowledge ready to be put to good use in the real world. 

Procrastination can feel like an invisible force holding you back—no matter how much you want to get things done, there's always something stopping you from taking that first step. It’s the endless cycle of putting off tasks, feeling guilty, and then repeating the pattern. Whether it’s tackling work, making decisions, or pursuing personal goals, procrastination can keep you stuck and prevent you from reaching your full potential.

 

Whether you're struggling with small, everyday tasks or bigger projects and goals, this session can help you overcome procrastination at every level. You’ll discover how to harness your inner drive and finally move forward, achieving what you’ve been putting off for far too long. This is a closed private 4 hour workshop session (including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), CBT, RTT and RPT). This session is delivered via zoom or in person at one of our 2 workshop locations and includes additional pdf tools and exercises for continued work after the session.
