The "Unlock Your Blocks: Business Success" workshop is designed to help you achieve mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being to flip your blocks and turn them into positive traits that will give you the edge you are looking for in your business ventures. By focusing on the stages of work from the Re-Program Therapy (R.P.T.) program developed by Simon Law Therapy, this workshop provides a comprehensive approach to understanding and transforming your known and unknown business blocks and turning your blocks into powerful tools that will increase your business rate of success. Participants will learn why they think, feel, act, react, and behave the way they do when making business decisions and taking (or not taking) the appropriate action when needed. Participants will also acquire the skills to change these undesirable behaviours while increasing desirable ones, the parts of your make up that do currently work for you.

Stage 1: Understanding Your Subconscious Programming

  • Introduction to R.P.T.:

    • Understanding how subconscious programming influences your thoughts, feelings, actions, reactions, and behaviors.
  • Identifying Mental Blocks:
    • Recognizing common mental and emotional blocks rooted in subconscious programming.
    • Personal assessment to identify your unique challenges.
  • Techniques for Awareness:
    • Mindfulness exercises to increase self-awareness.
    • Breathing techniques for stress reduction and mental clarity.

Lunch Break (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)


Stage 2: Reprogramming Negative Patterns

  • Re-Program Therapy Techniques:
    • Cognitive restructuring to challenge and change negative thought patterns.
    • Introduction to self-hypnosis for mental reprogramming.
    • Practical exercises to start reprogramming your mind.
