I smoked myself for 20 years and then I gave up. I know how hard it can be but I can promise you that life is much better being a non smoker and its worth the effort to get to the other side

Why hypnotherapy and NLP work so well to help people like you quit smoking and vaping
For some, quitting smoking or vaping with hypnotherapy is a one-time thing. But for others, it might take a few sessions, especially if there are deeper emotions tied to smoking or vaping. For example, if smoking was a way to cope with anxiety, stress, depression, or other feelings. In those cases, it's helpful to address those emotions with one or two NLP and hypnotherapy sessions first. Once you no longer rely on smoking as a crutch, then you can focus on quitting with hypnotherapy. So before you call, it's good to honestly ask yourself if there's an emotional connection to your smoking or vaping.
When you're truly ready to quit smoking or vaping because it's something you genuinely want to do, not just something you feel you should do, hypnotherapy can make it much easier. I've helped lots of people like you become happy non-smokers.
And many of them feel a huge sense of relief once they've finally quit!
So, if you've been thinking for weeks, months, or years that you should quit smoking someday, but haven't taken action yet, you might still have that internal battle: "do it, no don't do it, come on, you know you need to quit eventually, but not now..." That constant struggle is exhausting!
You've decided that now is the time to quit smoking! You're tired of it, and you want to be a non-smoker. That's great! And if you've chosen to quit with hypnosis, which research shows is the most effective method, just know it's not a magic fix. You'll need to put in some effort here...
Many of my clients have found that their overall fitness, well-being, and confidence greatly improve after their hypnosis sessions to quit smoking.

Here's what the research says:
In a study where smokers attended three sessions of individual hypnotherapy to quit smoking, 81% had stopped smoking by the end of the treatment. At a 12-month follow-up, nearly 50% of previous smokers remained smoke-free, and 95% were satisfied with their hypnotherapy treatment for quitting smoking.

Another study by Watkins found that 78% of participants quit smoking immediately with hypnosis, and 76% were successful at six months. In a review of research, Holroyd found success rates of up to 88% at a six-month follow-up after hypnotherapy to quit smoking.
Comparing success rates of different methods to quit smoking:
- Stop smoking hypnosis (single session): 60%
- Acupuncture: 24%
