This is the workshop version of the popular Escaping The Survival Cycle 1-1 private sessions. With 4 hours of time this mini workshop goes into detail for all things survival mode and gives you tools and skills to release yourself from this restrictive life pattern. Learn for yourself or learn to help others either way you will leave with a full bag of knowledge ready to be put to good use in the real world. 

Many people feel trapped in a cycle of just getting by—struggling with bills, constantly stressed, and never truly feeling happy. It’s easy to fall into a pattern where survival becomes the goal, leaving no room for real joy or fulfillment. These daily stresses can hold you back from the life you deserve.

this workshop can help you break free from these deeply ingrained survival habits. You’ll learn to shift your mindset from reacting to financial stress, emotional exhaustion, and worry, to creating a life where you thrive. This is a closed private 4 hour workshop session (including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), CBT, RTT and RPT). This session is delivered via zoom or in person at one of our 2 workshop locations and includes additional pdf tools and exercises for continued work after the session.
