This is the workshop version of the popular reduce Your Drinking 1-1 private sessions. With 4 hours of time this mini workshop goes into detail for all things alcohol and drinking and gives you tools and skills to release yourself from this restrictive life pattern. Learn for yourself or learn to help others either way you will leave with a full bag of knowledge ready to be put to good use in the real world. 

 

Many of us turn to alcohol as a way to unwind, cope with stress, or socialize, but when drinking becomes a habit, it can start to take a toll on your health, relationships, and overall well-being. If you’ve noticed that you’re drinking more than you’d like, or that alcohol is beginning to have a negative impact on your life, it might be time to make a change.

This workshop  helps you gain control over your drinking habits. By accessing your subconscious mind, you’ll uncover the triggers that lead to excessive drinking and replace them with healthier coping mechanisms. Whether you’re looking to cut back or stop drinking altogether, this session will empower you to make lasting changes, reducing your reliance on alcohol and creating a healthier, more balanced life. This is a closed private 4 hour workshop session (including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), CBT, RTT and RPT). This session is delivered via zoom or in person at one of our 2 workshop locations and includes additional pdf tools and exercises for continued work after the session.
