This is the workshop version of the popular Fear Of Public Speaking 1-1 private sessions. With 4 hours of time this mini workshop goes into detail for all things public speaking and gives you tools and skills to release yourself from this restrictive life pattern. Learn for yourself or learn to help others either way you will leave with a full bag of knowledge ready to be put to good use in the real world. 

 

The thought of standing in front of a crowd, with all eyes on you, can trigger intense fear. Your heart races, your palms sweat, and your mind blanks out, leaving you struggling to find the words. This is a very common fear, you are not alone. The anxiety of public speaking can be paralysing, making even the simplest presentations feel like insurmountable obstacles. It's a fear that can hold you back from advancing in your career, sharing your ideas, or fully expressing yourself in any public setting.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. Through this workshop you can learn how to confront and dissolve the deep-seated fears that fuel the fear. THE FEAR OF PUBLIC SPEAKING!

This is a closed private 4 hour workshop session (including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), CBT, RTT and RPT). This session is delivered via zoom or in person at one of our 2 workshop locations and includes additional pdf tools and exercises for continued work after the session.
